Burger King

my tkt #352...I came through the drive-through about 330 this afternoon on April 23rd....The girl at the drive through was fast and courteous, almost to fast....I rarely EVER go to Burger King because the food is not always good, I was viewing my options for a quick bite and figure I have not been there in some time so I went there instead of mcds...BIG MISTAKE I got a BCN CB D...and a value satisfry cause they are supposed to be better for you, also a iced tea but the fries were Brown,Old,Cold,and can tell the oil its fried in is very old as well....HUGE prob. I have with BK evertime I go...also fries were coated in salt, so much for healthy...The pattie was also cold and rubbery prob microwaved to heat up, I have seen this store do that many times...not fresh at all...very disappointed and next time I will choose mcds...the food is awful burger wise...never again, I will however give u props on chkn and sometimes fish...IF you are caught on a good day..Kasandras name is on my tkt if that matters...very disappointed as always with burger king was hoping things would change but I know now that its not gonna happen...Beth Vanhorn...P.S I work in the food industry as well and even have a food and sanitation license, this is just negligence on someones part or sure laziness!!very dissapointed
